Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowlio AI (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Flowlio AI is an AI creation platform that generates images and videos from text prompts using third-party AI models. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flowlio AI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Depicts a real person without consent, including non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes.
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or endangers minors.
• Is hateful, harassing, violent, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity.
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, or use automated means to abuse generation quotas or credits.

AI-Generated Content and Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images and videos you generate with Flowlio AI ("Generated Content"), to the extent ownership is permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the Generated Content you create, distribute, or use.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that Generated Content is unique or fit for any particular purpose.
• You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content and ensuring its use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Credits, Payment and Billing

Generation consumes credits or requires an active subscription. Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your prompts and Generated Content) are owned by Flowlio AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service and all Generated Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service or Generated Content.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
